🇮🇹 Due mini appartamenti indipendenti perfetti per coppie e famiglie. 

L'Appartamento con Terrazza può ospitare massimo 4 persone mentre l'Appartamento Superior fino a 6. Per maggiori esigenze è possibile usufruire di entrambi ottenendo un unico grande appartamento che può ospitare massimo 10 persone.

Entrambi muniti Connessione WiFi (fibra), Smart Tv già connessa, Climatizzatore, Termoconvettore (in inverno) e comprendono: 

• Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale già dotato di lenzuola e trapunta, armadio e scrivania

• Soggiorno completo di Smart TV e uno o due divani letto matrimoniale

• Cucina con fornelli, macchina per caffè, microonde, forno, frigorifero 

• Bagno munito di WC, bidet, lavello, box doccia, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, articoli da toeletta, ferro da stiro.

Al check-in la dispensa e il frigo saranno riforniti di tutto il necessario per la colazione (latte, caffè, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellata, cioccolata, biscotti). Per eventuali intolleranze contattateci.

È possibile richiedere l'aggiunta di una culla o del cambio biancheria.

Purtroppo non è consentito ne fumare ne introdurre animali in entrambi gli appartamenti, ma è possibile fumare fuori alla terrazza.

🇬🇧 Two separate mini apartments that’s perfect for couples or families. 

The Apartment with Terrace can accommodate up to 4 people while the Superior Apartment up to 6. For greater needs it is possible to take advantage of both, obtaining a single large apartment that can accommodate up to 10 people.

Both equipped with WiFi connection (fiber), Smart TV already connected, Air conditioning, Convector (in winter) and include:

• Bedroom with double bed already equipped with sheets and quilt, sheets and quilt, wardrobe and desk

• Living room with Smart TV and one or two double sofa bed

• Kitchen equipped with gas cooker, coffee machine, microwave, oven and fridge

• Bathroom supplied with WC, bidet, sink, shower cabin, towels, hairdryer, toiletries, iron.

At check-in the food storage and  the fridge will be supplied with everything you need for breakfast (milk, coffee, yogurt, rusks, jam, chocolate cream, biscuits). For any intolerances please contact us.

It is possible to request the addition of a cot or a change of linen.

Unfortunately it is not allowed neither to smoke nor to introduce animals in both apartments, but it is possible to smoke outside on the terrace.
